JUDGE JEANINE PIRRO: Why are we in this situation? Why do people who knew nothing about crime or law enforcement or whatever decide we’re gonna do this social justice thing? And why, as Americans, do we pay taxes, tolerate this kind of criminal behavior without consequences?

Our legal system is now so engrossed in the rights of the criminal that we put the criminal first. It’s the criminal justice system. It’s not the victim’s justice system. And I’ve already said it. The victim who never chose to be part of it.

And we coddle the criminals in this new milieu of social justice as if they were the violated as opposed to the offenders. And then we deny the trauma of the victims. Now it’s all good, isn’t it? Here’s the bottom line: you have to reform the bail laws. You have to put in place judges and prosecutors who know what they are doing.
